Bespoke software development process
The diagram on the right shows an outline of our bespoke software development process.
As with most development work, the first stage is to work with the customer to agree a set of requirements.
The next stage is to produce a system specification. This adds to the requirements by defining the look and behaviour of the user-interface.
With the specification signed-off, a price can now be fixed for the development of the system.
When the development is complete the system is then tested against the agreed specification. The system is revised and re-tested until it passed all acceptance tests.
The system can now be delivered (and if required installed on the clients computers). If necessary, training for the new software can also be arranged.
All systems include free corrective maintenance, i.e., any bugs found after acceptance testing are fixed without charge. We can also deal with requests for changes and/or additions to the functionality of the system, but these will be chargeable.
