Project tracking
Using our client services you can:
- track the progress of your project;
- view the current in-progress version of web sites;
- download project reports;
- upload files for the design/development - images, content text etc.;
- give feedback through our helpdesk system - report bugs, give comments, make suggestions;
- check the status of your invoices.
Error correction
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that your system is error free, errors can occasionally occur. This may happen for a number of reasons such as variations between browsers or operating systems, unusual data entered, variations in product use, etc.
The effects of errors might also be dependent on a number of different factors being present at the same time. For this reason it is not possible to test a system against all possible errors. What we can do is to reduce the likelihood of errors occurring in the first place and put systems in place to quickly and effectively deal with those errors that do occur.
- We have an online error system which allows for error reporting, tracking and auditing.
- All problems detected within the first 12 months of delivery are fixed free of charge.
- We have a target response time of 24hrs for fixing critical errors.
